Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please make sure you are able to attend the class you have selected. Enrollment is subject to space availability. Online payment through this registration process secures your place in the class. Once payment is made refunds are not available.
In the event you are unable to attend your scheduled class and give us at least 14 days notice in writing, we will reschedule you into another class on an “as available” basis within a year. There is a $50 reschedule fee for this convenience.
Should you fail to attend any part of your scheduled class, fail technical inspection or be unable to complete your class due to mechanical failure or any other reason, your payment will be forfeited.
MotoMark1 reserves the right to cancel or change the date of any class up to 3 days prior to its scheduled date. If we cancel a class, you will have one year to choose another class to attend with no reschedule fee. If, after a year, you have not been able to reschedule your class, your payment will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.
